Over the last two weeks we've received our garlic bulbs for our 2021 crop. Right now the bulbs are resting in the fridge, but Sunday is the big day.
We're rallying together a few friends to get the 2000 plus cloves planted. This crop is almost twice as big as last year which is exciting but also scary!
We also had a few additional friends helping us get the soil prepped last weekend. The harvest in July will yield six different varieties, some of our favorites plus a few new. I'm excited, but sure I'll be worn out by Sunday evening!
